The best time to visit it is spring or autumn, when the weather is good, there are fewer people, and the colors of the landscape stand out much more in the photos. Summer is also a good idea, but if you can avoid the central hours of the day, better. As for the moment, the first hours of the morning and sunset are the most photogenic.
