Duplex house located approximately 200 meters from the beach, 3.2 km from the center of Peñiscola and 3.6 km from the old town. It has near supermarket, restaurants and bus stop.
The urbanization has access to Acualandia water park pools. It is included 5 access passes. Each pass is for one person and for the whole stay. Swimming pools available from 01/07 to 31/08.

House for 5/6 people consists of: Ground floor: private parking, toilet, kitchenette, living-dining room with sofa bed, furnished terrace with table and chairs, small backyard. Second floor: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and balcony.
