Q está muy cerca de la playa . Q tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores y la piscina estaba siempre libre cuando hemos ido nosotros. El menaje de cocina estaba impecable.

No me gustó q nada más llegar a hacer el cheking después de un viaje tan largo echaran a mis hijos a la solana pq sólo puede estar una persona en la oficina (estando totalmente vacía) Las ventanas. La intimidad no debería estar "pintada" q parece q lsee more

La intimidad no debería estar "pintada" q parece q los cristales están sucios. En la ventana del baño de la primera planta ni siquiera eso, intimidad cero. Los grifos van al revés. Las cisternas se quedan pilladas. Hay muchos bichos. El kit es muy escaso para una familia de 5 durante una semana. La vecina de la esquina (n°8) es una cascarrabias antipática.

!Hola Raquel! Mantenemos el aforo de una persona por reserva por varios motivos. A veces los grupos son muy grandes y se complica bastante a la hora de hacer check ins, responder llamadas y llevar al cabo otras gestiones. Cuando no hay nadie mas en lsee more

A veces los grupos son muy grandes y se complica bastante a la hora de hacer check ins, responder llamadas y llevar al cabo otras gestiones. Cuando no hay nadie mas en la oficina si que dejamos entrar a grupos completos avisando previamente de que si entra alguien más rogamos que por favor se quede solo el titular de la reserva. Si se tuvo que quedar solo usted es porque habia otro cliente siendo atendido. Queremos tratar a todos los clientes por igual y aplicamos esa norma de aforo a todo el mundo.
