La Generalitat Valenciana, a través de la Agencia Valenciana de Turismo, lanzó en 2024 las ayudas de Programa 1, Impulso al posicionamiento de las empresas y el marketing de producto turístico de la Comunitat Valenciana, dirigidas a empresas, asociaciones, federaciones y fundaciones, con el fin de mejorar la competitividad de los servicios y productos turísticos de la Comunitat Valenciana. En esta convocatoria, la empresa ORANGE COSTA, S.L. resultó beneficiaria del con un presupuesto aprobado de 21.236 € y una subvención de 14.862,20 € (Expediente: CAC-22-24)

Bed linen: Weekly change for stays longer than 7 nights.
Internet connection: Available in some accommodations.
Customer service: Reception at our Orange Costa offices and 24-hour emergency line, depending on the destination.
Taxes included: All prices include 10% VAT.
Cleaning on arrival and departure: included in the price of the stay.

Optional services

Towels: Bath and hand towel set for €5 (VAT included).
Parking: Available on request.
Towel change: Service available on request. €5 (VAT included).
Optional extra cleaning: Available for €60 (VAT included).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay: 2.5% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation more than 7 days and less than 30 days: 12.5% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the total booking amount. No-show: 100% of the charges.
Cancellations: If the client voluntarily abandons the services corresponding to their holiday, no refund will be given.
