El alojamiento lo abandoné a las 10:00 horas tal y como estipula el cartel de la normativa de la Comunidad Valenciana que tienen ustedes colgado en la oficina. A las 11:02 me llama 4 veces seguidas una compañera diciéndome que las llaves debía haberlas entregado a las 10:00 horas, cuando en la web pone que el horario de entrega y recogida de llaves es de Lunes a Viernes de 9:30 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 19:30 A las 11:15 se las entregué. |
